Inventailor Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards customers with cashback and benefits based on their lifetime spending with inventailor. As customers continue to make purchases, they progress through various reward tiers, each offering increased benefits.
Reward Tiers and Benefits:
The program consists of several tiers: Green, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Black, and Secret. Each tier is associated with a specific lifetime spending threshold and offers corresponding benefits, including:
ā¢Ā Cashback Percentage: Ranging from 5% for Green Members to up to 15% for Secret Members, credited to the customerās inventailors Wallet.
ā¢Ā Fitting Guarantee:Ā 100 days for Green, Bronze, and Silver Members; 365 days for Gold, Black, and Secret Members.
ā¢Ā Wallet Points Validity:Ā 1 year for Green through Gold Members; 2 years for Black and Secret Members.
ā¢Ā Discount on Alterations:Ā 25% for Green through Silver Members; 50% for Gold, Black, and Secret Members.
ā¢Ā Exclusive In-Store Events:Ā Priority given to Gold, Black and Secret members.
ā¢Ā Free Domestic Shipping:Ā Available to Gold members and above; currently valid for Norway, Denmark, and Germany. Valid on orders with a minimum cart value of 67 ā¬.

Once a reward level is achieved, the associated benefits are retained for life.
Earning and Using Cashback:
ā¢ Earning: Customers earn a percentage of cashback on every order, based on their current reward tier. The cashback is credited to the inventailor Wallet 14 days after the purchase.
ā¢ Using: The inventailor Wallet balance can be used as a discount on future purchases, subject to a minimum order requirement of ā¬119 (before discounts) and a maximum discount of 40%. The balance cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. The validity of the Mond Wallet balance is either 1 year or 2 years, depending on the reward tier. Any purchase made extends the validity of the balance by one year from the date of purchase. If not used within the validity period, the balance expires.
Referral Program ā āGive and Getā:
Customers can refer friends to inventailor and, upon the friendās first purchase, both receive 250 DKK credited to their inventailor Wallet. For every five successful referrals, the referrer advances to the next reward tier. This referral program cannot be combined with other discounts or shared with existing customers.
Program Modifications:
inventailor reserves the right to change the conditions of the inventailorĀ Rewards program without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to customers through appropriate channels.

What is the inventailor Rewards loyalty program?
OurĀ inventailor Rewards loyalty program is designed to reward our customers for their loyalty and lifetime spend with us. It offers cashback and benefits based on your spend level.
How does the Reward levels work in the inventailor Rewards program?
Your spend level is based on your lifetime spend with us. Once you reach a certain spend level and unlock the associated benefits, you will keep those benefits forever.

How do I earn cashback in the inventailor Rewards program?
For every order, you earn a percentage of cashback to your Mond Wallet, depending on your current Rewards level. The points will be available in your wallet 14 days after your purchase.
Can you provide an example of how the cashback works?
Certainly! Letās say you are a Silver member, which entitles you to a 10% cashback on your orders. If you spend 150ā¬, you will earn 15ā¬ as cashback in your Mond Wallet.
Next time you place an order with us, the 15ā¬ in your Mond Wallet will automatically be used as a discount during checkout if applicable.
Can the conditions of the inventailor Rewards program be changed?
Yes, Mond reserves the right to change the conditions for the Mond Rewards program without preliminary warning. Any changes made will be communicated to our customers through appropriate channels.
The Inventailor Wallet
Is there a minimum order requirement to use the inventailor Wallet?
Yes, a minimum order of 119ā¬ (before discounts) is required for the Mond Wallet to become active during checkout.
Can i combine the inventailor Wallet with other discounts?
Since the Mond Wallet is already a discount, it cannot be combined with other sales or coupon codes. If you purchase discounted items, you will still earn cashback into your Mond Wallet, which can then be used as a discount on your next purchase.
How long is the inventailor Wallet balance valid?
The Mond Wallet balance is valid for one year or 365 days. After that, the balance will reset to zero.
Can I extend the validity of my inventailor Wallet balance?
Yes, any purchase made through your account extends the validity of your Mond Wallet balance by one year from the day of the purchase.
What happens if I don't use my inventailor Wallet balance within the validity period?
If you donāt use your Mond Wallet balance within the validity period, it will expire, and the balance will reset to zero.
Are there any restrictions on how I can use my inventailor Wallet balance?
There are no specific restrictions on how you can use your Mond Wallet balance, except for giftcard purchases. It can be applied as a discount on any eligible purchase, subject to the minimum order requirement and the maximum discount of 40%.
Can I transfer my inventailor Wallet balance to someone else?
No, the Mond Wallet balance is non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned it.
Can I exchange or withdraw the balance in my inventailor Wallet as cash?
No, your Mond Wallet balance cannot be exchanged or withdrawn as cash in any way. It can only be used as a discount on eligible purchases.
Can I track my inventailor Rewards status and inventailor Wallet balance?
Yes, you can track your Mond Rewards status and Mond Wallet balance by logging into your account on our website. The relevant information will be available in your account dashboard.
Will I receive a reminder when the validity of my inventailor Wallet is about to expire?
Yes, we will send an email warning when the validity of your Mond Wallet drops below 30 days. This is to ensure that you donāt forget to use your Mond Wallet balance and can continue to enjoy the benefits of your loyalty.
